10 Egg-Cellent Egg Recipes

Spring time means an uptick in fresh egg production for those of us who have laying hens. My girls are no exception, the egg production has kicked into high gear! I began considering selling the eggs so we don’t get bogged down with an abundance of them. It’s really easy to get tired of eggs. (Scrambled, hard boiled, fried, and repeat.) Needless to say I was in need of some new egg recipes!

I began my search and found some fantastic ideas plus some ways to preserve the eggs so in the winter when egg production slows down or even stops we don’t have to buy some from the store
